PLENTYGRAM.COM does not control or use any Instagram or TikTok accounts. We are not granted any access to our client's Instagram or TikTok accounts or any other social media accounts. When you use any of the services provided on this website, you agree to bear legal responsibility for any damage or breach of the terms of service concluded between you and any of these social media websites.
We provide you intangible services provided to you "as is" without any warranties. You agree that PLENTYGRAM.COM or any of its affiliates and subsidaries shall not be liable for any problem, loss or damages arising from your use of our services. All services we provide to you are irreversible and non-refundable. PLENTYGRAM.COM is not responsible for your dissatisfaction with the service provided to you. It is your responsibility to verify your interest in this service before ordering.
We cannot provide our services to private Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or TikTok accounts. Our system may notify you before placing your order if your account is set to private. You can order our services after changing your Instagram account to public. It is your responsibility to keep your accounts public and active after placing your order. You are fully responsible for keeping your account public in order to receive the provided service and you agree that you don't have rights to demand a refund when failing to keep your account public.
Your Account Username and Selected Posts
When you place your order through our website you just enter your Instagram or TikTok username (No Password or Access Needed). By doing this your username/Link is recorded with your order details, you may also select certain posts during checkout. It is your responsibility to keep your Instagram or TikTok account public and active without any changes in the username provided. We plentygram.com are not responsible for any disruption in service resulting from deactivating your account, deleting your selected posts, switching your account to private or any change in the Instagram or TikTok username provided.
Changing your Instagram or TikTok account to private after ordering any of our services may cause failure of delivery. We (PLENTYGRAM.COM) are not responsible for any failure to provide the service because you have changed your account to private after placing your order. It is your sole responsibility to make sure that your selected posts are correct with this order, we are not responsible for any errors or mistyping any of the selected posts URL(s).
Free Followers Refill
We may offer a free followers refill guarantee with some of the provided services for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat, Discord and TikTok. When you place your order with us, our system will record your initial followers count and the amount of followers purchased. Free followers refill should be based on both your initial followers count and the purchased count. We may deliver extra followers than what you have purchased to cover any potential loss of follower in the future. The free followers refill shall cover your loss of purchased count only and it will be only offered during 30 days from the date of your order. Free followers refill will NOT cover extra followers or followers purchased or gained by any other services or means. Free followers refill is a bonus service and we reserve the right to refrain from providing this free service at any time.
All orders are irreversible and can't be undone, user must understand and agree that we do promotion campaigns for your social media accounts that may last for 30 days in order to maintain your purchased count. Once the order is placed and the campaign starts it can't be undone as the service provider (PLENTYGRAM.COM) has no control on any social media accounts including but not limited to (Instagram & TikTok)
Our system is capable of handling multiple orders placed by you on our website. You shall not use other similar services or means from any other providers while using our services as this may cause confusion in the counting systems of likes, followers and views. We are not responsible for your use of any other similar services from other providers while using any of our services.
Since PLENTYGRAM.COM is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the service is delivered. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item or service at our site.
However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the product we supply. Therefore, we DO honor requests for the refund in case of non-delivery of the service only. In some cases the process times are slower, and it may take a little longer for your orders to finish. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our support department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the campaign will be considered completed.
Changing you account to private or changing username or deactivating your account after placing your order will make you ineligible for a refund but you may be eligible to contact support and fix your order only after changing your account back to Public.
All services are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase. We do not offer refunds in any other cases except for the exceptional circumstances stated in this document.
Subscription Period starts on the Effective Date, and ends on the same day in the following month. In case the month in which the Subscription Period expires does not have the date which matches Effective Date, Subscription Period will end on the last day in that month.
We never store your payment credentials (such as credit card numbers) on our servers, all your billing details are transmitted directly and securely to certified payment gateways and banking systems. All payments done through PLENTYGRAM.COM are authorized by you and by your own free will. You assume full responsibility for making your payments in return for our irrevocable, non-refundable and intangible services. We may terminate the services provided to you with or without notice in case there is any problem with your payment.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of the UAE, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
